You don't seem to ever have to go too far in the Bay of Plenty area before you're on one of the main busy highways and not to mention it's many constant roadworks. These highway roadworks are one of the main culprits for stone chips on the front and sides of any moving vehicle as you can imagine every debris being kicked up either by following the vehicle in front or just simply vehicles passing by on the other side.

Your new vehicle's original manufacturer's paint finish is the best paint finish you will ever get. This is because they're able to paint every panel separately before full assembly and do so in specific controlled temperatures without having any trim, plastics or other parts on the panel. This obviously isn't feasible for most panel and paint shops after the damage has occurred.

So yes, whilst you can have stone chips repaired afterwards, it will never be the same as the original coat. So protect it with our chip protection film right from the get go!
